Partnership Opportunities
Building a Culture of Prevention requires all of us.
No single organization can protect every child.
No single profession can prevent every tragedy.
But when communities work together, prevention becomes stronger, resources become more accessible, and lasting change becomes possible.
At The Ohr Initiative, we believe collaboration is one of the most powerful tools for building safer communities. We invite organizations, businesses, agencies, schools, faith communities, healthcare providers, nonprofits, and community leaders to join us in creating a Culture of Prevention.
What is a Community Safety Partner?
Building a Culture of Prevention starts with informed communities.
A Community Safety Partner (CSP) is an individual or organization that has completed Community Safety Partner training through The Beacon Safety Hub and is committed to helping build a Culture of Prevention within their home, workplace, school, organization, or community.
Community Safety Partners are equipped with prevention-focused education that helps them recognize warning signs, understand modern safety risks, strengthen protective factors in a variety of areas such as human trafficking, missing persons, digital safety and more. Connecting individuals with credible resources, and proper reporting through the appropriate channels when necessary.
A Community Safety Partner is not a law enforcement officer, investigator, counselor, or emergency responder.
Instead, Community Safety Partners are informed members of the community who understand that prevention begins long before harm occurs.
Because safer communities aren't built by one profession—
They're built by all of us.
Every partnership, regardless of size,
helps strengthen the protective network surrounding children, families, and communities.

Become a Community Safety Partner
We're currently developing the Community Safety Partner Program and training curriculum as part of the Beacon Safety Hub platform.
The best way to get involved today is by joining us as a founding supporter, partner, volunteer, or subject matter expert. Your involvement during this stage will help shape the program, strengthen the platform, and expand its impact before launch.
Together, we're building more than a training program—we're building a Culture of Prevention.
